In recent days, the new Windows 10 has been released by Microsoft. If you switch to the new operating system and also use the latest version of EgoSecure Data Protection, you do not have to wait for an update or until the new version 10.1 is released. The version10, which was introduced in spring 2015, is already fully compatible with Windows 10.
After a lot of discussions around the Version 8, Microsoft is now pushing the new Windows 10 on the market. Many improvements and free update will spread the new operating system very quickly. Even when businesses and government agencies will soon be used. Now begins for many software manufacturers the race – although all knew that the new version will come, but few have their compatibility updates for Microsoft release ready.
“As an innovation leader in the field of data protection solutions, it is evident for us that our customers could expect a direct compatibility with the announced Microsoft operating system,” said Sergej Schlotthauer, CEO of EgoSecure. “Being a Microsoft partner, our software architecture is always based on Microsoft guidelines and moreover our product design meets the latest development standards. Thus, our current version, which was introduced in spring 2015, will be fully compatible with Windows 10”.
The release of Windows 10 is therefore not a reason to introduce the new version 10 of EgoSecure Data Protection, which is currently in the beta phase. However, the new release offers many other reasons – not only the promise that the solution presents a new era in data security; because before introducing the protective measures with the proven EgoSecure modules, the new innovative module Insight presents the overall situation of individual data security in the network of EgoSecure customers. Based on these facts, protection measures which are required indeed, can be introduced right away. This also leads, on the one hand to significant costs advantages over other solution concepts, on the other hand to greater increase of transparency to demonstrate the actual individual data security level of a company or a government agency.
